Course in Securities Law, University of Barcelona (1983). Lecturer in Commercial Law and Professional Ethics. He has served and continues to serve on the boards of several companies.

Juan Cremades

Law graduate from the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya (2013). Postgraduate training in Legal Practice; he works in Civil and Criminal Procedure. Specialised in litigation and complex court proceedings. He has handled matters of high technical complexity and legal significance, obtaining favourable rulings at various instances, including amparo appeals upheld by the Constitutional Court. He regularly advises clients and companies of economic and institutional relevance, both pre-litigation and in court. Together with Jorge Gilabert, he leads the firm’s litigation practice, with particular focus on complex criminal proceedings, family law and real estate law, providing rigorous, strategic and highly personalised legal representation.
